End Grain

When cutting on an End Grain Cutting Board, your knife slides into the grain of the wood fibers, instead of across, which will keep your knives sharper, longer. Cut marks on the cutting board surface will "self heal" due to less contact from the knife sinking into the end grain fibers. Best suited for cutting dry seasoned meats, veggies, and poultry due to end grains added natural antimicrobial properties.
